Services and Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason. An order is only accepted once payment has been processed. We may adjust offerings, prices and features at any time, provided that existing obligations are honoured.

Payments and Payment Plans

Single purchases are due immediately. For higher-priced products, payment plans may be offered. By enrolling in a payment plan, you commit to paying all agreed instalments. A payment plan must be actively cancelled – missed payments do not automatically end access to content but do not release you from your payment obligations.

Refunds and Cancellations

Our services are generally non-refundable. Whether a refund is available, and under what conditions, is stated on the relevant product or offer page. Please read these details carefully before purchasing.

Recordings of Calls and Webinars

Coaching calls and webinars may be recorded. Recordings only take place with your explicit consent. Recordings may be used for internal purposes, quality assurance, training materials, social media content and marketing purposes. If you do not want this, please let us know before the call begins.

Privacy and Data Sharing

When you ask us for clinic recommendations, we share your name and email address with partner clinics you have expressed interest in. This serves two purposes: so the clinic can contact you directly, and so we can receive a referral commission for the introduction.

By submitting your enquiry, you explicitly consent to this data sharing. If you prefer otherwise, let us know in writing before we make a recommendation – we will then share clinic names without passing on your details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including texts, graphics, logos, icons and brand names – is the property of Wiederkehr Consulting GmbH or its partners and is legally protected. Reproduction, publication or distribution without our prior written consent is not permitted. Content you provide to us remains your property. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use it for business and marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

We are not medical professionals. Our role is limited to sharing information about clinics we have personally visited and supporting you with travel planning.

We accept no liability for medical decisions, treatment outcomes or complications arising in connection in connection with a partner clinic we have shared information about. The responsibility for choosing a clinic and deciding to undergo a medical procedure lies solely with you and the treating clinic.

For organisational errors on our part, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us. For the initial consultation without charge, as well as where no purchase has been made, liability is capped at CHF 100.
